An Entrepreneur at Heart
MaryAnn started her first business at the age of 10. Living in a new subdivision, she used her new bike to pick up pop bottles at homes being built. She took those to the local grocery and made a few cents on each bottle. She used this money to start an account for college.

MaryAnn started her first business at the age of 10. Living in a new subdivision, she used her new bike to pick up pop bottles at homes being built. She took those to the local grocery and made a few cents on each bottle. She used this money to start an account for college.
Later jobs included working in a department store, cleaning houses during college, being a dorm RA.
In 1974 she bought her first home followed by several investment properties over the years. Through this experience, she learned much about fixing, renting and selling homes
With real estate in her blood, she decided to get her license after nearly 11 years on military duty. Working at a major franchise for 18 years, in 1998 she opened her own real estate firm.
While doing real estate, MaryAnn finished her military career with the United States Air Force.
